Shipping/Handling Policy

All orders include a handling fee, security surcharge, fuel surcharge, residential or commercial delivery fee per address as imposed by shipping carriers. These fees are included in the total shipping cost.

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex

ALL ORDERS MUST BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT TO PREVENT STALING NO EXCEPTIONS

Please note we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. day Before 5 pm. All orders are guaranteed. Exceptions to this are delays due to inclement weather, natural/man-made disasters or orders held for security reasons.

No information will be given out, sold, rented or traded about any of our customers for any reason.

Bialy / Bagel Tips:

Freezing: Slice the Bialys or Bagels in half, and place in a plastic bag. Whenever you desire to eat any, simply remove from the freezer and place directly into the toaster or oven.

Storing: When storing bialys and/or bagels, make sure they are cooled before putting them in a plastic bag, or they will sweat and become soggy and mold very quickly.

Rejuvenating: If your bialys and/or bagels are several days old and were not frozen at the time of purchase, simply slice them in half, sprinkle a few drops of water on them, and pop them into the toaster or heat in the oven for several minutes.

What are the prices?
We charge the same for online ordering as we do with out retail customers.  We do not inflate the price just because it is being shipped out.

What about shipping charges?
Shipping charges are as scheduled by FedEx

Are their any other fees?
Yes, included in the shipping costs are handling fees 

 fuel and security surcharges as well as residential and/or commercial surcharges per address imposed by Fed Ex

How are your Bialys and Bagels packed?
We pack our products the same way we would like to get them if they were shipped to us. We pack them 4 pieces to a bag (in a all natural brown bag)then inserted in a zip lock plastic bag to ensure freshness.
